Returns & Exchanges

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your order through our easy to use online return portal.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the jewellery must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with the BATU tag securely attached. Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted if the jewellery tag has been removed, damaged, or is missing.

If you experience any product related issue, you can also reach out to us via WhatsApp, and our team will be happy to assist.

If your order arrives damaged, please upload a clear picture of the unused product in its original condition, with the tag intact, through the return portal or WhatsApp number. This helps us assess the issue and process a replacement or refund.

Please note: Exchanges are not available on international orders.
