BATU is an online jewellery brand offering handcrafted jewellery made with natural and semi-precious gemstones. By placing an order on our website, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.

2. Products

Every BATU jewellery piece is handcrafted using natural stones. Due to the unique nature of gemstones, slight variations in colour, texture, shape, and pattern are natural and should not be considered defects.

Product images are for reference purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, and the natural characteristics of gemstones.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed on Batu.in are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise mentioned.

BATU reserves the right to change product prices without prior notice.

4. Orders

An order is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of an order confirmation email or message.

BATU reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraudulent transactions, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

5. Payment

Payments on Batu.in are securely processed through Razorpay using multiple payment options including UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets.

BATU does not store your card details or banking information. All payment information is processed securely through Razorpay's encrypted payment infrastructure.

6. Shipping

Orders are generally processed within 3-7 business days.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination and courier partner.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. BATU will not be responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.

7. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

Any eligible refund will be credited to the original payment method.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Batu.in, including product designs, logos, photographs, graphics, descriptions, and website content, is the exclusive property of BATU and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

BATU shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the respective order.

10. Privacy

Customer information is collected solely for processing orders, customer support, and improving our services.

We do not sell or share personal information with third parties except where necessary for payment processing, shipping, or as required by law.

11. Governing Law

The laws of India shall govern these Terms & Conditions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
