Quality and Care
1. BATU's Quality Assurance
Quality
We create natural stone jewellery designed to be worn every day and made to last today, tomorrow, and for years to come.
Quality Materials
We use premium recycled brass metals with a thicker than standard gold coating, making them tarnish resistant and built to last. Every natural stone is 100% authentic, first approved in house, then independently tested by a certified laboratory in India.
Quality Control
Each piece is handmade with care, then hand inspected by our in house quality experts to ensure it meets the highest standards before it reaches you.
Warranty
Because quality means confidence, every piece comes with a 1 year manufacturing warranty, so you can love it worry free.
2. BATU Natural Stone Disclaimer
Every Stone Is Beautifully Unique
Nature doesn't make two stones the same. Neither does BATU.
As our jewellery is crafted using natural stones, each piece will naturally vary in colour, pattern, texture, inclusions, and overall appearance.
These variations are not imperfections. They are a reflection of the stone's natural origin and make every BATU piece authentic, one of a kind, and uniquely yours.
No two stones are ever exactly alike. And that's what makes yours special.
3. BATU Jewellery Care
Keep It Dry
Remove your jewellery before bathing, swimming, exercising, or coming into prolonged contact with water and moisture.
Avoid Chemicals
Keep your jewellery away from perfumes, lotions, creams, cosmetics, cleaning products, and other chemicals that may affect its finish and shine.
Store With Care
Store your jewellery separately in a soft pouch or jewellery box to prevent scratches, tangling, and unnecessary friction.
Wear With Love
Treat your BATU jewellery gently to help preserve its natural beauty, shine, and finish for years to come.
